Go Standard suits counter operations and receipt printing. Go Pro and Go Max add kitchen-display software without a per-screen software charge.

Devices, software pairing and what is not included.

What does the 12-month carry-in hardware warranty cover?

Microsoft Surface devices and thermal printers supplied by Tab2Kit include a 12-month carry-in hardware warranty from the purchase date, subject to the full warranty terms supplied with the goods. It covers hardware faults caused by defects in materials or manufacture under normal use. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair or modification, external causes, consumables, or normal wear and tear. For an accepted warranty claim, CONTINENTAL BRIDGE PTY LTD may repair the item or replace it with a functionally equivalent product of similar specifications; replacement equipment may be refurbished or pre-owned. To make a claim, stop using the item if it may be unsafe and contact sales@tab2kit.com or 045 052 7183 with proof of purchase, the model or serial number, and a description of the fault. Wait for carry-in instructions before bringing the item to the nominated service location. Under this carry-in warranty, you are responsible for bringing the item to and collecting it from that location. Any assessment or transport cost for a claim that is not covered will be disclosed for your approval before it is incurred. This carry-in process does not limit any right to recover reasonable return costs under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Are the Surface devices new?

No. The kits use refurbished Microsoft Surface devices and new compatible thermal printers. Ask about the exact supplied specifications before ordering.

Is an EFTPOS terminal included?

No. Payment terminals are arranged separately through your payment provider.

Does the Dual Kit include Go Pro?

No. Hardware and software are separate. Select Go Pro or Go Max, or use a valid eligible Pro trial, for KDS.

Can one screen be used for reports and another for KDS?

That is the illustrative workflow shown for the Dual Kit. Available software tools depend on the selected plan and configured setup.

Can I use my own hardware?

Yes, compatible BYO devices remain an option. Contact Tab2Kit to discuss your device and printer compatibility.
